Josiani Silveira is leaving his position as Services Director to take over leadership of SoftExpert Software
SoftExpert, a global supplier of solutions for integrated management of compliance, innovation and digital transformation, has announced that Josiani Silveira will take over as the company’s new CEO. The company’s founder, Ricardo Lepper, is taking over as the Executive President, dedicated to international operations and to innovation projects.
Silveira, who has passed through the company’s main areas and built a successful career over the last 16 years, will carry on the company’s business, establishing an important moment for the brand in its global operations.
“The new CEO is joining a view of the business with solid knowledge and experience in software industrialization, a passion for products and innovation, commitment and discipline in running operations, intelligence and emotional balance in interpersonal relationships, financial responsibility and, moreover, a strong sense of justice in relations and decisions,” said Lepper in his succession speech.
With over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology area, Josiani Silveira started out at SoftExpert in 2005, serving as Director of Development for 11 years and participating in major product evolution projects, including the launch of the SoftExpert Suite. In 2016, he took on the challenge of leading the commercial team, and although his time with the department was brief, he enhanced processes, interfaces, the sales funnel and visible management. The executive has been at the helm of the services team since 2018, where he restructured the operation and the model used to manage the area, with onboarding, customer success and user experience strategies.
“SoftExpert has been growing exponentially in recent years and I’ve had the wonderful opportunity of being a part of this growth. Now, I’m undertaking the biggest challenge of my professional life, which is leading the company on this journey of expansion. I am honored, ready and excited, since I know that I have a qualified and motivated team to embark upon this mission with me,” says Josiani Silveira.
This move was made based on the growth at the company, one of whose pillars is to expand its global operations. The organization currently exports its products to over 50 countries, serving over 600,000 users. “We will continue to invest in solutions that support organizations on their journey of digital transformation and process digitalization,” says Silveira in closing.
A native of Joinville, he holds undergraduate degrees in Computer Sciences and Economics, in addition to graduate degrees in Information Technology and Project Management.
