Dr. Hagen Köckeritz
Dr. Hagen Köckeritz is a partner in the Frankfurt office of Mayer Brown and heads the firm’s German Employment & Benefits practice. He has developed substantial knowledge on German legal aspects of the NATO Status of Forces Agreement ("SOFA") and its implications for foreign companies with an international workforce. Another key area of Hagen’s practice is the use of external personnel by companies in Germany and the legal and financial risks resulting from potential misclassification of employees. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Hagen worked as local partner for another renowned international law firm in Frankfurt and Chicago.
