Introduction to the automotive core tools

An introduction to the main automotive core tools and how they can help in achieving the goal of IATF 16949.

About the content

For the automotive industry, some tools are fundamental to the proper functioning of its production process, namely APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP. IATF 16949 places even more emphasis on employee and internal/second party auditor understanding of these relevant automotive core tools.
Evidence has shown that this is a common area for nonconformities in external third party audits to IATF 16949, with over 20,000 nonconformities raised globally in 2016 related to lack of effective implementation of the tools!
In this webinar, Paul Hardiman, one of the founder members of the IATF training commission, gives an introduction to the main automotive core tools and teaches how they can help in achieving the goal of IATF 16949.
