  • SoftExpert signs partnership with DocuSign to offer integrated solutions

    Published on 04/09/2024

The combination of document management and electronic signature tools helps organizations on the path to digital transformation SoftExpert, a global provider of solutions for management excellence, and DocuSign, the world leader in electronic signature management, have announced a strategic partnership to help Latin American companies accelerate their digital transformation by providing integrated solutions to simplify every step of the document signing process. With the joining of SoftExpert ECM, a tool for managing corporate content, and DocuSign eSignature, an electronic signature platform, SoftExpert customers can now sign documents like contracts, agreements and purchase orders directly in the system, without having to print or scan paper documents.
According to Gustavo Brant, DocuSign's Group Vice President of Latin America, the strategic alliance further strengthens the organization's partnership ecosystem. “In addition to complementing our portfolio of products, delivering value-added to the customer, the expectation is to further expand our business, providing integrated solutions for companies seeking to advance in their digital transformation process,” he explains.
In practice, documents managed in SoftExpert Suite can be signed with eSignatures during the review flow. The user gets an email notification with a secure link to access the document. Then, they can simply review and electronically sign it in DocuSign. After all the users in the flow have signed it, the completed document is automatically saved in SoftExpert suite, where it is controlled and made available for consultation.
SoftExpert channel manager, Marcio Willwock, highlights the importance of the strategic partnership for SoftExpert, especially with the push to speed up process transformation in recent years. “The concept of the paperless office was not a topic on the agenda in many organizations, especially more conservative ones, but it has become crucial with the pandemic. Having a solution from a company that is a major market player, integrated with our software, and that meets the needs of our customers internationally, is amazing and will bring us many business opportunities,” he emphasizes.
Together, the two companies have a large market to explore, especially with organizations looking for new ways to stay in business, improve results, reduce costs and, as a result, improve customer satisfaction. DocuSign, which reached the mark of 1 million customers in 2021, will invest USD 280 million in innovation to maintain its leadership in the digital signature market. SoftExpert, with operations in more than 50 countries, expects to see 70% growth in software exports in 2022. This new alliance reinforces SoftExpert's strategy of global operations with local service. The company has approximately 300 partners, on all continents.
