    Managing quality processes

    According to Suzan Kelly Oliveira, Data Protection and Process Manager at Grupo Tiradentes, the group's main challenges were managing quality processes and disseminating the area's work to the rest of the company. “We used a number of tools to manage quality, which made control impossible and resulted in high costs,” she says.
    With units in different states, the Group realized it needed a solution that could meet the needs of the Shared Services Center (CSC) model and that was also scalable, giving all collaborators practical access to the tool without the problems of individualized user access.

    Flexibility and autonomy in the use of the software

    Currently, all company areas are using the SoftExpert Suite solution. Of the 18 components installed, the most used are: Document, Action Plan, Process, Performance, Problem, Incident and Risk. Suzan notes that scalability is one of the key benefits of the solution, allowing all employees to access the tool in a practical way, without the problems of individualized user access. In addition, it provides greater user convenience, more effective control, and flexibility and autonomy in the use of the software. Automated flows and visual management portals were also implemented to manage the Group's data privacy governance model, meeting the requirements of the LGPD, Brazil's personal data protection law, inspired by the European regulation (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR)

    More than 18,000 accesses to documents in the system

    The positive results range from cost reductions to strengthening the corporate management culture. By replacing the old project management system with the SoftExpert solution, the group has been able to save $30,000 since it was implemented. Every day, there are more than 18,000 accesses to documents in the system, 124 audits and 617 flowcharts of operational activities performed.
    “In addition to automated and integrated management, the solution ensures compliance with the legal and compliance requirements that regulate our business, resulting in a savings of $113,000, which can be used to purchase specialized software to comply with the Personal Data Protection Law," Suzan affirms
