To support accelerated growth and maintain effective management, the company restructures its business model by separating the software factory from the business units
Focused on quintupling the company's revenue by 2030, SoftExpert has just announced a new business structure to leverage its growing international presence. The new operating model includes the software factory, supporting subsidiaries and global partners; and the business units, working to distribute products and services to regional sales channels and customers.
With this new structure, SoftExpert Brazil becomes a subsidiary, as well as 9 other operations worldwide, and Hermínio Gonçalves takes over the Brazilian operation. The Services area was also reformulated and now operates on two fronts with the Delivery and Support teams. Michelle Veiga, as Head of Support and Tiago Firmino, as Head of Delivery, are responsible for managing these teams. The Software factory remains under the command of CEO Josiani Silveira. Founder Ricardo Lepper continues to lead the organization as Executive President.
For Lepper, who is currently dedicated to international units, restructuring is essential for the company's sustainable growth. “Thus, we will be able to support scaling the business quickly and at the same time maintain effective management. Digitization and integration of operations is essential for us to scale this entire supply chain with quality and security at a global level,” he says.
The company, which is already consolidated in Latin America, North America, and Europe, plans to reach new heights in the coming years, expanding to new markets in Africa, Asia and Oceania, as well as increasing revenues. Recently, the company opened a subsidiary in Turkey and plans to open other units in South Africa, New Zealand, India, and China.
Present in more than 40 countries, the organization has operations located in Mexico, USA, France, Germany, Italy, UK, Spain, Singapore, and Turkey, in addition to a network of 300 partners around the world. Among them, some strategic alliances with global companies such as Baker Tilly, DocuSign, Kodak Alaris, Mazars, and AWS.
