With 16 years in the market, Portonave is the largest port terminal in terms of cargo handling in Santa Catarina and one of the largest in Brazil. With an infrastructure of 400,000 m² in Navegantes, SC, the Port Terminal stands out in container handling, contributing both to the export of Brazilian products and those from other South American countries, as well as to the import of raw materials and goods produced abroad. The company is certified in several management standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 37001.

Previously, documentation was managed manually through spreadsheets and emails, making it difficult to control and track information. The process of signing and digitizing documents was slow and costly. The management system, relying solely on spreadsheets, lacked defined deadlines for entering indicators and goals, which affected monitoring and urgency. The system in use had limitations, providing a poor user experience, with no ability for internal customization and lacking tools for cause analysis and approval stages. 5S audits were done manually on paper, resulting in wasted materials, rework from transcribing information, delays in report creation, and a control system prone to errors.
