Organizations that have implemented excellence models have experienced exceptional results. This includes better employee engagement, good governance, customer satisfaction, continually improved work processes, strong supplier relationships, better use of resources and balanced financial results.
Although good work has been done over the past 25 years, the overall effort remains rather fragmented and siloed. Companies still have a lot of room to evolve in terms of performance improvement.

Dawn Ringrose MBA, FCMC is Principal of Organizational Excellence Specialists and Author of the Organizational Excellence Framework and accompanying toolkit. Her qualifications include: Certified Organizational Excellence Specialist, Certified Excellence Professional, Registered ISO 9000 Specialist, Assessor of Quality Systems. She has worked in the area of organizational excellence since 1990 and currently serves on the Executive Team for the Organizational Excellence Technical Committee QMD, ASQ, the Board of the Global Benchmarking Network and the Chair of the Leadership Content Management Committee at QMD ASQ. Over the past four years, Dawn has led and reported on the ‘first global assessment on the current state of organizational excellence’.
