Marcio Willwock, SoftExpert's strategic alliance specialist, comments that despite the global crisis caused by the pandemic, the first semester had good results, with no less than 28 new partnerships. "The expansion of SoftExpert, through its subsidiaries, has contributed to attaining these numbers, and these partner companies are looking for SoftExpert solutions to strengthen the services and consulting they offer," he says.
With a global delivery strategy, the company is betting on partnerships to offer local and specialized services to customers, whether because of questions of proximity or the language and customs of each region. "Our solutions support consulting, controls and processes that need to be automated, ensuring a more complete delivery to customers," he adds.
SoftExpert has signed regional and global alliances with companies such as Baker Tilly in Malaysia, Mitaka in Japan, Grupo RAF in El Salvador, Digits and Data in Ghana, Dynmaxa in the United Arab Emirates, Business&CO in Spain, Enviatec in Denmark, Phungela in South Africa, The OD Consulting in Mexico, Factor Quality in the USA, IBC in Portugal and Roda and Liss in Brazil. SoftExpert is pursuing its strategy of establishing global partnerships, and they expect to sign new partnerships in Italy through their subsidiary that is starting operations in the country.
