Mexican company Arca Continental reduces time dedicated to Document Management by 28% with SoftExpert solution

Arca Continental, one of the largest Coca-Cola distributors in Latin America, was able to reduce the time dedicated to document management by 28% with a solution by SoftExpert, a provider of software and services for automating and improving business processes, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

The company, with operations in Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina and the United States, needed to create a corporate structure where it could view the organization's data in real time.

"We had a large manual workload due to the creation of approximately 195 items (review routes, groups and attributes) in each of our 51 plants, resulting in approximately 9,945 items to create structures for in the operational area. This led us to look for a solution that could automate all these services", says Luisa Arzaga, Quality Analyst at Arca Continental.
