SoftExpert and Kodak Alaris sign global partnership

SoftExpert, a software and services provider for enterprise-wide business processes automation, improvement, compliance management and corporate governance, has joined Kodak Alaris in a partnership to offer their products and solutions in the global market. The expectation is to generate US$ 5 million in new business over three years. Kodak is a leading provider of information capture solutions that simplify business processes. The company works to facilitate the understanding of information with connected and intelligent solutions using image science. The company produces a line of scanners, software and services distributed through a global network of sales channels. "We know that capture is an important part of the digital transformation process, and that integrating digital documents in our customer's business processes is critical in this process. In this scenario, we see the partnership with SoftExpert as an excellent opportunity to complement and broaden our product offer, so we can deliver an even more comprehensive solution to our customers through our channels," explains Vanilda Grando, Global Sales Development Director at Kodak Alaris. The company's Go-to-Market is 95% indirect sales through a network of more than 2,500 resellers, which Kodak hopes to expand by closing new deals through the SoftExpert partner network. According to Kelson Lunardelli, CEO of SoftExpert's US sales division, the partnership will create an environment that integrates Kodak Alaris equipment and SoftExpert Solutions, allowing the network of partners from both companies to exploit the market for digitalization, enterprise content management and business process management (ECM/BPM) with greater competitiveness, thus increasing the final customer's perceived added value. "This strategic alliance will boost business focused on BPM and ECM solutions. Our expectation is that, over three years, we will generate US$ 5 million in new business," says Lunardelli. With more than 2,000 customers in over 37 countries, SoftExpert has been increasing its presence in the global market. Recently, the company added new customers to their portfolio in the United States, such as Atlas Aerospace, Exedy America Corporation, Frito Lay, General Dynamics and Nortek Inc.
