As Ambiensa experienced exponential growth, new development projects brought several challenges, including establishing a corporate document structure, handling customer documentation, managing warranties, and enhancing customer service. According to Tool Analyst Javier Reyes, all processes were previously handled manually, making it difficult to retrieve real-time information and maintain service KPIs.
