Chiabi'ye göre, SoftExpert tarafından sağlanan titiz belge kontrol süreçleri, akışların dijitalleştirilmesi ve toplam izlenebilirlik, Hypofarma'nın bu paketi operasyonlarında kullanması için öncelikli faktörlerdi. Chiabi, çözümün, son tarihlerin ve durumun çevrimiçi olarak izlenmesiyle akışların ve devam eden eylemlerin ilerleyişine ilişkin tam görünürlük sağladığını belirtiyor.
