    Ed Potoczak is a senior executive member of the US Sales Division of SoftExpert Software. He has extensive experience in design, manufacturing, quality management systems, and with quality standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949. He is also an active council member of the Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Association (MESA). Ed Potoczak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Master’s degree in Computer Systems and Controls from the University of Michigan.
